The world today is as VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) as we have seen in our lifetime. There is really no one who can predict with certainty how things will turn out and over what time frame. In the current situation, at times, the only thing that can help calm our nerves is the opportunity to talk to people who have traversed similar paths and journeys in their life, asking them how they dealt with it, understanding the thought process which guided their decision making and learning from their mistakes.

Rupal Kulkarni is the CEO of Shram Sarathi – a pioneering institution working on financial inclusion of highly vulnerable labour migrants in India. Rupal has over 10 years of development experience. She was an HSBC scholar at the London School of Economics and is part of a distinguished cohort of social entrepreneurs at the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program. She has been featured globally by UN Women's #SheInnovates campaign. She was also awarded the Study UK Alumni Award for Social Impact by British Council in 2019, the VVLead fellowship by Vital Voices in 2017 and the ICICI fellowship in 2012.

Arhan Bezbora

Arhan is a co-founder at Co.lab^x - an action-learning community to support experiments in collaboration and systems change. He also serves as a consultant with Reap Benefit and the Indian School of Democracy.
Previously, Arhan was the Director, Alumni Impact at Teach For India from 2013 to 2019. Arhan is a 2010 Teach For India Fellow and a 2016 Acumen India Fellow and he holds a Master's Degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, USA.

Gaurav has over 17 years of experience working in the private sector and the development space (microfinance, health, impact investment, education), largely as a management consultant (P&G, American Express, Azim Premji Foundation, Lok Capital, etc.). His areas of experience include program management and implementation, strategic and business planning, organization restructuring and design and sales & distribution management. Gaurav has an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.E. and an M.Sc. from BITS Pilani.
